End of the Sex Driven Male
In this article, the Russians(o.k. granted just this guy) are arguing that the end of western civilization is the mini-skirt and tube tops.
After reading the article I'm not too sure if it's true or if it's this picture they use in the story!

diseases are caused by women who adhere to provocative clothes and
behaviour. As a result, the Western civilization gradually turns into
the society of sexually unsatisfied men and eventually unsuccessful and
physically unhealthy men, the scientist considers.
